About the Layout
The layout features a graphic from X1999. This layout is composed of several tables and is flexible so that it can be used for any type of site. It is compatible with 800 x 600 resolutions or higher and has been tested in the latest versions of IE and Firefox.
I have included an avatar and a button as extras!:

Download the zip file and extract all contents into a folder on your computer. Open the index.html file in notepad and you can edit the links and your content or add extra tables as needed. Upload onto your server and your done!
